I wasn't excepting much from a 2 star hotel, just wanted a place to lay my head overnight - but they far exceeded my expectations. I had come to Massachusetts to see a concert at Gillette stadium. The hotel was full for that weekend, so many others had the same idea. The hotel was an easy 30 minute drive from the stadium.
Stayed here recently for a quick one night stay, had to be somewhere the next morning. Hotel is older, but accommodated my needs well. The front desk agent was so nice, asked to be put somewhere quiet and he gave me a great room! Got a great night's rest and it was quiet! Thank you! I'll be back when I need another stay! Thank you to both front desk agents for your kindness!
I just want to compliment the young man who was managing the front desk on Sat, Oct 18 at 4pm. His friendly demeanor and patience with a lobby full of customers was very nice to witness.
I came with my friend for two nights. All the motels usually have very tight spaces but i loved the service and accomodation in super 8 at brockton. The staff was very patient with me and guided me through everything. I think his name was Ahsan, but anyways the thing is i would definately preffer this location and service.
The rooms are hard to cool but the windows open and that's always nice. Has tons of extra touches.
The rooms of Super 8 are about what you would expect. I'm very pleased with it, everything works, and it's a bit small but comfortable. The lobby smells very strongly of old smoke and weed. The breakfast is almost non existent and disappointing even by motel standards. It's close to where I need to be, and now that I've adjusted to needing to find my own food in the morning the experience is fine.
Very good, but the breakfast leaves something to be desired for the daily price. I paid more than 200 to have a muffin with seeds? I don't even know what that horrible thing is. Buy a chocolate or vanilla muffin and it's much better. but apart from that the service is good, the maids were incredible I stayed 4 days and would easily stay for more just for the service
I've stayeda few times in the last 2 weeks. One room had cocroachws and tinted sheets. I came in from the cold and the heat kept shutting off. Other than that, beds are comfortable, access to fridge and microwave in room gives for a star taken away
